Random Thoughts on Astros NL title

- 7 of the 9 Astros regulars have higher BAvg in the postseason than they did during the regular season. Only Ensberg (.256 vs. .283 ) and Jason Lane (.237 vs. .267) have had their BAvg dip. Biggio, Taveras, Burke, Lamb, Berkman, Ausmus & Everett are all on the upswing.
- The only 2 NL teams that won more than the Astros 89 games in '05 were the Braves and Cards.
