IT IS HERE !!!

THE 2ND ANNUAL NIGHTSHIFT FIELD OF 69...MINUS 1 IS HERE !!!
Salma Hayek is back to defend her title of the Queen of Heat as determined by Wex, MJ & the Nightshift Crew. Jessica Alba & Beyonce return as number one seeds, although somehow neither made the Final Four a year ago. Here's a look at last year's tourney.

The selection committee spent hours and hours trying to set and seed this year's field , we even had an on-air discussion of the field (pre-release) with John & Lance and the Morning Crew and thus some revisions were made. We welcome your feedback and comments and we require your participation in the tourney. Several of the games will be dubbed listener participation games. Thus via e-mail and calls we will determine the outcome of some of the more interesting match-ups.

So without further delay here is the bracket...

There are four play-in games set to kick off the tournament, the winners will obviously fill in the currently vacant 16 seeds(and thus get crushed byt the Goliaths at #1.

Here are the Play-in game match-ups.....
The Food Fight
Rachael Ray vs. Giada De Laurentiis

These 2 Food Network chefs battle for the right to take on Angelina Jolie and get eaten alive. All things considered, I doubt anyone has heard of either of these two unknown semi-hot, partial celebs, but one of them has been in Maxim, the other has not. You decide.

Leeann Tweeden vs. Rachel Nichols

This seems like a mismatch (and that's because it is), but if you have a thing for pasty redheads then you could make this a game. However they both obviously have a passion for sports so maybe that's the equalizer - doubt it. Winner gets Eva Longoria.

Britney Spears vs. Christina Aguilera

Oh how the mighty have fallen. What once might have been a pair of hottie heavyweights is now merely a mudbath of trailer trash and a dirtyyy gurl trying to change her image. Winner gets Jessica Alba

Catherine Zeta-Jones vs. Diane Lane

At some point these two beauties will cease to be hot. However that does not appear to be coming anytime soon. Lane is increasing the heat with her constant willingness to show off the goods. Jones is a natural beauty who may be hitting the knife a bit much, (and no we're not biased). Winner gets the bootylicious Beyonce.

Play-in Games-Tuesday, March 14
1st Round - Thursday, March 16
2nd Round - Wednesday, March 22
Sweet 16 - Tuesday, March 28
Elite 8 - Thursday, March 30
Final 4 & Championship - Monday, April 3
The Final 4 and Title game will all be listener participation games.
