Oh yeah and then there was the Lakers-Suns series. Each team rattled off a 3-game winning streak and the Lakers made it easy for the Suns by absolutely rolling over in Game 7 losing by 31. Worst Game 7 loss in Lakers' franchise history. Kobe's performance was just a bit perplexing. After scoring 23 of the Lakers 45 first-half points on good shooting — only to see his team still trailing by 15 — Bryant shut it down. Was he proving a point? "Hey all you haters, see what happens when I don't take all the shots." Yes he was proving a point. He is not a good teammate, never has been and it doesn't appear that he ever will be. Rightfully so, Kobe didn't finish first, second or third in MVP voting (although I have been saying for months that I personally would have had him no lower than third.)
Just so know here were our predictions for the entire postseason.
