Have not been very prudent this week, so I'll make it up to you as you ready for the weekend.- Just a fabulous letter regarding the BCS written by Richard Billingsley. You may be wondering - Who is Richard Billingsley? The astute college football fans will recognize the name since he created one of the six computer ranking systems used to calculate the controversial BCS Standings. It is simply written to enlighten some members of the media, he feels do not have the facts, or more importantly in his mind, do not make the effort to get the facts. - Talk about a long standing grudge. When money is involved we can all relate. That seems to be the issue with Cardinals all-time greats Stan the Man Musial and Joe Garagiola who are feuding, yet were nearly re-united to throw out and catch a ceremonial first pitch in Game 3 of the World Series at Busch Stadium.

Or the awesome parting gift the Nets offered Jay Williams upon his release. How 'bout the threat of death to photographers from Kenny Rogers should they decide to snap a shot of his hand during Game 6.
