Wonderlic This!!

What a whirlwind wonderlic weekend with VY. Reports of of 6 on the Wonderlic, followed by internet message board bonanzas by haters and worshippers alike, followed by reports of inaccurate test scoring and firings within the NFL administrators, followed by an alleged re-test and subsequent score of 16, followed by statements from agents and team personnel, followed by the combine continuing as scheduled. Whoop-de-freakin-do.

Several newspapers reported the low score citing sources....
Miami Herald
The Tennessean

Other outlets waited until Monday and refuted the reports.
Houston Chronicle
Indy Star

Looks he scored a 16, he'll likely score higher the next time he takes which he will do between now and his pro-day in Austin on March 22. Just like all of us average joe's who took some lame SAT prep course to raise our completely meaningless scores so we could get into Lame U. As you'll see with some of the scores listed in these links, provided the test indicates you are not mentally retarded, then the number is pretty irrelevant. There is absolutely, positively zero coorelation between NFL success and success on the Wonderlic.

---- By the way contrary to most reports that have been circulating, there appear to have been 2 perfect scores on the Wonderlic by NFL players and one played against the Texans last year. Remember Ryan Fitzpatrick. (scroll down)
