- The 7 stadiums, and the teams and fans that had plans there this Sunday, that were on alert earlier this week are resting a little easier after it was determined that the internet warning was a hoax. Can you say 5 years in the big house and a $250,000 fine? That's a lot of grocery baggin' for this guy.
- Brand new stadium in Arizona, new quarterback -- same old Cardinals. Somebody put a tent on that circus. The coach they fired is being required to continue to work for the team and now Keith Rowan is trying to throw Dennis Green under the bus, claiming Green was the one making the bone-headed play calls in the colossal collapse on Monday night.
- Jags QB may not play on Sunday, meaning the potential is there for David Garrard to start against the Texans again. He did that last year leading the Jags to a 38-20 win in Houston as he was guiding Jacksonville into the playoffs by winning 5 of his 6 starts. Too bad it's not this David Garrard.
- You knew this was coming and we'll get into this conversation I'm sure too, but how culpable is Mets manager Willie Randolph for the 9th inning in Game 7. Wallace Matthews of Newsday comes down on him pretty hard for sticking with Aaron Heilman.
- Absolutely fantastic stuff from Cliff Floyd on his blog. Phenomenal that his team is just a couple of hours removed from being eliminated and he has some very interesting thoughts on Game 7 and how things went down in the 9th inning.
- stay tuned for more throughout the show as always...
