Here are my keys to victory...
1. No big plays for Peyton's boys - Addai, Harrison, Wayne & Clark. Make them long drive it down the field. Don't get sucked in tight to the line and get burned deep.
2. Don't make it easy. As nice as the 2-0 start has been, the Texans have turned the ball over 3 times in two games. Nothing alarming, but keep it in check.
3. Dominate special teams. Advantage Texans across the board, maybe sans Kris Brown v. Adam Vinatieri, although it's close. Better coverage teams, better return teams. Better punter. Win this area convincingly for the 3rd week in a row and that could pay big dividends.
Obviously the big stuff would be nice also. Run the ball well. Pressure Manning. But that goes without saying. Even though I just said it.

You might have missed this on NFL.com. They had some mics at a couple of the games in Week 2 and put a little video together. The Panthers-Texans game was one of them. Listen for Steve Smith's expectation of domination (:30) and Texans' D-line coach Jethro Franklin praising Amobi Okoye after his first sack (1:45).---------------------------------
It's September, so the Cubs must be in meltdown mode. You got that right. There are resorting to bitching about the Astros not starting Woody Williams. That's right NOT starting Woody Williams against the Brewers has the Cubs' Cliff Floyd up in arms. Hey Cliff, there are 81 pitchers in the majors that qualify for the statistical regular season crowns. Woody is 70th in ERA (5.04). Only 3 pitchers (Kip Wells, Daniel Cabrera & Jose Contreras) have been beaten more often than Woody so far this season. Any guess who's given up the most longballs this year? That's right, Woody has hurt his neck 34 times. Now I really didn't mean to rip Woody here, but come on Cliff, the Astros are among the worst team in the league and Woody doesn't give them a significantly better chance to win over a youngster who throws 95 mph and is a likely a starter in this league as early as next year.---------------------------------
