I'm pretty surprised that this wasn't settled before it hit court and thus became a matter of public record. Unless it's ruled that Sanders is flat out making this up (unlikely) then Isiah is once again going to look like an ignorant idiot - and yet you know Zeke will still somehow manage to be smiling about it.

- Bill Belichick had his usual Wedneday morning press conference with reporters in advance of their Sunday game. It was anything but ordinary since all attending reporters had a prepared statement in their hands that read, " At this point, we have not been notified of the league's ruling," Belichick said in a statement. "Although it remains a league matter, I want to apologize to everyone who has been affected, most of all ownership, staff and players. Following the league's decision, I will have further comment." When pressed by multiple times, he merely responded with, "That's all I've got to say, the statement should cover it." The NFL is going to come down hard on them, just you wait.We had a caller last night suggest the death penalty for the Pats!! That's a tad harsh - let's try 2 1st day draft picks, a suspension for Belichick and a hefty fine. Say $1,000,000 maybe.
